What an interesting little month its been. Quite a lot to catch up on. The studio continues to grow and this is good.
We have so many new faces making private bookings that we aren’t able to keep up.  This is most welcome as new bookings are inspirational to any events crew.

Without new blood things can quickly stagnate. New people bring new ideas and are refreshing. I noted that this week alone we have been operating at 70% capacity and 90% of those bookings are new customers.
We have had a great month for events too with all our events so far being sold out completely.
At one point we sold an entire workshop in less than an hour.

Fun fact – we had to upgrade our server because it crashed due to overloading. I’m happy to say that this has now been rectified and wont happen again.  You can imagine our faces when the ticket sales went up and the server went down.

Its an odd feeling – firstly of panic because stuffs gone wrong – and then pride – because its gone wrong due to sheer weight of numbers.
As you are all aware we have been creating what is essentially tailored products that complement what we do.
We have been asking what you might like to see and taken all that feedback on board.
The results are a whole bunch of new products and accessories that we can sell along side our existing services.

We have teamed up with a couple of venders that are now working their asses off to create and supply tailored merchandise just for you.

This is entirely new to us and we have had to implement a number of new changes – things like keeping track of stock. We have always been a service and never had stock, now we have a buyer and new spreadsheets. (how very grown up).
New products include candles of various types, Needle play kits of different sizes and configurations and even fire pay accessories to go along side our workshops.

This will hopefully help those around us to partake more in the events and hopefully will allow us to become a trusted supplier for our weird and wonderful  events and workshops.
All of these new things will be available on the website soon and can be collected from the studio.
We are very very excited.

As you are all probably aware.  Kimmy had a chance to step back up and was there for the Needle play workshop as a bunny.  She had an absolute blast, and I’ll be back at the next one. She loves being involved with the space and those In it.

We will get back to you guys with dates for that.
