The studio can be hired for all kinds of different reasons, perhaps you are a content creator or are looking for a special place to shoot. (See our professional services section) Whatever you may need studio space for we have you covered – our origins began in photography and videography. We are knowledgeable in all kinds of media creation. We can host events, birthday parties, collaring’s, get togethers, or play parties.
Perhaps you just want to spend an evening undisturbed with a partner. Or would you like to steal an hour away in a dungeon for fun.
We have full facilities for those working in the industry and offer an an amazing space to work from.
Previous projects have included professional music video production, Television and Film production, and creative media.
Our proven studio space has previously accommodated several production crews plus cast (40+), we have arrangements with business’s in the same estate for additional production space to increase that number if required.
Very large productions may be subject to different pricing as logistics and requirements are different. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements.
Full use of all equipment and housekeeping. Discreet non judgemental staff on site at all times make it a safe place to call home. We work closely with you to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for you and your clients.

Parties/Gatherings
- Party bookings from just £80 (based on minimum booking of 2 hours and 5 individuals)
- £35 per hour.
- £10 for each individual at the booking. After the initial 4.

- 5 hour booking with 5 people would be.

- £175 for 5 hours @ £35ph
- £10 for one additional person.
- Total price you pay – £185
- Example 2
- Six hour booking with 10 people would be.
- £35 per hour.
- £210 for 6 hours. @ £35ph
- £60 for additional 6 individuals.
- Total price you pay – £270.
- Example 3
- Six hour booking with 20 people.
- £35 per hour.
- £210 for 6 hours.
- £160 for 16 people.
- Total price – £370
- Dont forget that all soft drinks are included as well as a fully manned bar. You have full access to the entire playspace including hundreds of toys, implements, rope, spreaders, suspensions frames, bondage equipment, benches and various machines and attachments. Also included in the price is the use of our F-machine pro, private room and swing.
